Personal/Family Membership
As a member of the San Antonio Zoo, you enjoy
exclusive benefits while supporting an
organization that plays a vital role in wildlife
education and conservation.
Summer Member Hours are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Memorial Day - Labor Day.
If you do not already have a membership and wish to visit the Zoo before 9:00 AM, you can purchase a membership online and use the printed receipt as your membership card.

**One of the named adults must be present to bring in guests on the membership. Children may not bring guests on their parents membership and guests may not come in alone.
**Once your membership purchase is complete, you will be e-mailed a receipt that acts as your temporary membership pass until you receive your membership cards in the mail. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your membership cards. If you have any questions, please contact our membership office at (210) 734-7184. Thanks for your support!
Membership Categories

| Individual | $45 | Unlimited admission for one year for one adult named on membership card. Age 18+ only. |
| Individual Plus One | $65 | Same as Individual Membership plus one guest with each visit. Guest can be adult or child. Named adult on membership card must accompany guest. |
| Family | $65 | Unlimited admission for one year for up to two adults living at the same address and their children age 18 and younger, unmarried and living at the same address OR grandchildren ages 18 and younger and unmarried, living anywhere. This membership allows children OR grandchildren, not both. |
| Family Plus One | $85 | Same as Family Membership plus one guest with each visit. Guest can be adult or child. Named adult on membership card must accompany guest. |
| Senior | $35 | Unlimited admission for one year for one senior named on membership card. Age 62+ Only. |
| Senior Couple | $45 | Unlimited admission for one year for two seniors living at the same address. Both Age 62+ Only. |
| Add One | $20 | Add one named adult, age 18+ only, to any level membership (limit one). Add one is perfect for a babysitter, nanny, or an extended family member. Add one has all the same membership privileges or the adult(s) named on the card. |
| Contributing | $120 | Same as Family Membership plus up to 5 guests with each visit. Guests can be adults or children. Named adult on membership card must accompany guest(s). Also includes 2 membership cards. |
| Benefactor | $250 | Tax deductible value is $210. Same as Family Membership plus up to 5 guests with each visit. Guests can be adults or children. Named adults on membership card must accompany guest(s). Also includes 2 membership cards, 4 guest passes and name listed in magazine. |
| Patron | $500 | Tax decuctible value is $440. Same as Family Membership, plus up to 5 guests with each visit. Guests can be adults or children. Named adult on membership card must accompany guest(s). Also includes 6 guest passes, 2 membership cards, and name listed in the magazine. |
| Annual Zoo Master | $1,000 | Tax deductible value is $900. Same as Family Membership plus up to 5 guests with each visit. Guests can be adults or children. Named adult on membership card must accompany guest(s). Also includes 10 guest passes, 2 membership cards, invitation to the Annual Donor Reception, and name listed in the magazine. |
*Children under the age of 3 are free. If a child is not going to turn 3 before the end of your membership year, (one year from the date of purchase) then they do not need to be covered by the membership or as a guest.
Reminders
- Please do not mail payments for membership renewals in old envelopes that have a PO Box address. This address is no longer valid and your payment will be returned to you. Please mail all membership correspondence to:

- All adult members must present membership card AND a photo ID upon admission to Zoo (both adults on same membership must show ID).
- Children may not use their parents' membership card unless they have a photo ID and are age 12 or older.
- Membership cards are non-transferable. Misuse of card may forfeit the membership.
