Congratulations Peter Petroff, on your winning photo!
Did you know that green tree pythons are bright yellow, orange or brick red when they're born? They don't get their green coloring for 6-8 months! Don't forget to submit your favorite Zoo photo to ecastillo@sazoo.org for a chance to have your photo showcased! One entry per person, per month please.

Come take your picture with the jolly man himself every weekend from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and snack on complimentary cookies and hot cocoa! Don't forget to visit Santa's elves throughout the Zoo and learn how to make eco-friendly holiday decorations and add an ormament to our giving tree!

Santa's parade of presents!
Santa made his list and checked it twice, and it looks like our Zoo animals have all been NICE! Join Santa after his photo session every weekend and take part of a fun parade as he delivers special enrichment gifts to animals! These enrichment items are a vital part of the Zoo's mission to better the welfare of the animals in our care. Just like any parent shopping for that special toy, we are always striving to find new and innovative ways to enrich the lives of our animals.
