San Antonio Zoo Terms and Conditions

The safari trip winner will be announced at the grand opening of Zootennnial Plaza in 2014. No need to be present to win. Winner must be 18 years or older. You must register you unique passport number at www.sazoo.org/p2a for a chance to win the safari trip and be eligible for monthly giveaways. A third party host will select winner electronically for trip and monthly giveaways. All monies raised from the sale of passports will go to the San Antonio Zoo's Zootennial Plaza and Carousel fundraising efforts. Awarded trip to Kenya, Africa is non-transferable. Awareded trip to Kenya, Africa has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
 

Safari Terms and Conditions

NOT INCLUDED: Costs of obtaining passports, visas, excess baggage charges, items of a purely personal nature, such as drinks, bottled water, laundry, telephone and optional tours. Trip insurance is not included as well as tips to driver/guides and any foreign departure taxes (as required per this itinerary).

BAGGAGE: One piece of luggage not to exceed 44 lbs. per person, plus one carry-on bag and camera bag.

RESPONSIBILITY: Adventure Seekers, Inc. and San Antonio Zoo and cooperating individuals, agencies and suppliers, act only as agents for the passenger in regard to transportation by any means, accommodations and other services and assume no liability either by defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of this tour. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, act of terrorism, or civil disturbance or other causes. All such losses must be borne by the passenger as tour rates provided are for arrangements only for the time stated. Adventure Seekers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in their sole judgment conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, safety and convenience of this tour. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category for those indicated. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case, full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour. All prices are based on the current tariffs and foreign exchange rates as of January 30, 2013 and are subject to change. The sole function of Adventure Seekers, Inc in connection with this tour is to act as a conduit between tour participants and African Safari operators. Adventure Seekers, Inc. has no other responsibility, contractual or otherwise, to anyone in connection with this tour. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts or omissions or events during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances.
